John came out and looked over my roof and looked at the problem that I was having and got it all taken care of showed me everything that was wrong and what was needed to be fixed. From the time they inspected my roof for damage to the final clean up, this crew did a fantastic job. The initial process was easy, as everything was explained in detail, no hidden fees or add ons. They worked with my insurance adjuster and found additional $$ due to me. The full time crew they employ were efficient, completing the project in one day. I appreciated the communication from Adam and Tara as this process from start to finish can be stressful but they made it easy as they were always available and texting or calling with updates or answering any questions for me.
