The lady I had my appointment with was very thorough, answered all my questions and even took care of having the new specialist she is sending me to call me in order to set up my first appointment. Overall, a good experience - fairly short wait, etc. the assistant that seemed took me to the exam room seemed a little preoccupied or disinterested..... But that's kind of minor - a good visit --
