Kurt is the man. He is the only home inspector my family will use and he does a fantastic job everytime. He is very professional and answers all my questions. He discovered stuff that was able to use to back out of my first home purchase, he identified mega sewer issues! Second house I used him on came back nearly perfect and we have had zero issues. We treat his inspection reports as a source of truth and slowly fixed everything he recommended. Seriously can’t recommend him enough, he is honest and professional. Avoid the chain companies that your agency will recommend and get Kurt from KDL. It’ll be the best decision in your home buying process.
