Not the worst Ulta ever, employees are always really nice. Although, a few months ago every time I walked in one of the male employees would stare me down and it made me uncomfortable, I’m just shopping no plans to steal lol. I will also say this location is always understaffed. Anytime I need help finding something I either have to get in line and wait to ask or look it up. But like I said nice employees and they always have what I need.❤️
The store overall was clean, organized and haf just about any and everything related to beauty. That being said, it was my first time there. When I was ready to checkout, no one was at the counter so waited a few mins before I walked to the back of the store. I saw a young lady with a radio around her waist and figured she was an employee. I asked her if she could send someone to help us at the checkout counter. She kindly said she would. I was greeted when I walked in which was great. I was asked if I needed any help which was great. The lady named Mariah who rung me out was friendly. My problem is, if a customer hands you her ID and instead of you handing it back you put it down on the counter instead is not good.
