I went there yesterday because I needed some makeup tips and the one of the employees named JC was very helpful. She helped me find the right concealer and color correction. On top of giving great advice on how to put on certain types of makeup and what would work best for my type of skin. She was very helpful and I hope she gets a lot praise for her hard work :D
I just left the store and the manager or who ever was in charge was not very welcoming. I asked her a question which she made feel like I was bothering her said she will get back to me which she never did and when she seen me didn't acknowledge she left me waiting now Other ladies helped me out separately which I appreciate now keep in mind when you apply for a job like this its a lot of customer service you have to talk to the people and be helpful and kind don't apply if your not a people person please anyway just wanted to give my thoughts
Not the worst Ulta ever, employees are always really nice. Although, a few months ago every time I walked in one of the male employees would stare me down and it made me uncomfortable, I’m just shopping no plans to steal lol. I will also say this location is always understaffed. Anytime I need help finding something I either have to get in line and wait to ask or look it up. But like I said nice employees and they always have what I need.❤️
