Thanks, Randy, for fixing/replacing our ac unit.Randy was sent by our home warranty company. He was a pleasure to work with. He stayed in communication about claims and arrival time. He always gave us a heads up when he was on his way or needed to reschedule (some jobs run over, it happens to every repair person sometimes). He handled the warranty company efficiently, and we were approved for a brand new unit. He even then helped us to find someone who would finance the out of pocket portion. Once approved, the work was done quickly. ✔️ ?

Provided a reasonable quote for mold remediation and replacement of subfloor damaged by water leaking from faucet. Service was professional and Randy is personable.Update: Randy completed the subfloor replacement, mold remediation, and replaced the door frame/trim of one of our entry doors that had severe water damage. He and his team gets in and gets the job done. They’re focused, polite, hardworking, skilled, and honest guys. It’s appreciated because for me it hasn’t been easy finding a contractor.
