They are very professional I was scared because I had an issue they calmed me down..the Dr on duty did a great job with me they were patient and understanding five stars *****

The best thing about my experience is the patience and care they had with me. Plus discretion and helping me come to terms with what's going on. I would one hundred percent recommend this facility and come back.

I wish I would have gotten his name, but the young man that was in charge of taking ER patients vitals and temperature as well as escorting them back to a room when one was available to then see a doctor was such an uplifting, kind, and genuinely wonderful Man. Extremely attentive and caring. I was extremely impressed and able to turn my whole frame off mind and mood due to having to take a trip to the ER completely around and memorable. I REALLY wish I'd gotten his name because he really needs recognition from Mercy for going above and beyond his job duties to make a patient's ER visit not just tolerable, but memorable. Hopefully He will be recognized by my description of him.. he was African American and in his mid 30's I believe. I also noticed he always said I hope we get you feeling better soon, god bless to not just me but everyone he would bring back to a room. He was just memorable and uplifting.

Very nice and clean environment and the staff was great! The ease of being seen quickly and Customer Service and the Doctors.

Only open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you have a true emergency you have to go to the closest hospital ER. 🤯

The staff was amazing. AJ in particular was very helpful and very patient. That also appies to doctor Hollis ( sp?) The wait, with an appointment was RIDICULOUS. There is one 1 Dr. to service the entie facility. AS USUAL, it seems corporate could care less about the residents of North county. Im pretty sure West country residents don't have not a one of their facilities with one dr. Thank u for ur consideration in rectifying the situation.

They always having something conveniently happening where they don’t take walk ins. at this point remove the walk in sign. For an urgent care they act like the patient needs are not urgent.

Got in fast, Monday, Xrayed treated released suited and booted for broken tibia. However a new chart was created don't know how the system allowed a duplicate. Resulting never receiving a call from orthopedic. Outside of that no complaints with this location.
