Absolutely love this place. I have been taking my Dyson there for years for my yearly service. They also kept my rug cleaner working for over 25yrs!! Super friendly and great work.
Cross Keys Vacuum was one of the approved stores for our bissell to be fixed under warranty and we’re so happy it was!
Our experience from start to finish was seamless thanks to everyone at Cross Keys. They were friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped through the doors. Not only did they do an exceptional job with our carpet cleaner they have some of the best 4 legged helpers behind the counter!

This is a wonderful establishment. I have been patronizing Cross Keys Vacuum for at least 10 years for repairs to my many vacuum cleaners. They are so very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, they always give me honest and good advice about what to do and my options. I highly recommend them if you are in need of repairs or want to honestly know what type of vacuum cleaner best fits your needs. They know everything you could possibly ask or want to know....they are wonderful.
