It's so hard to find a nail shop that does quality work on natural nails AND has great customer service. I had a wonderful first-time experience, my dip on natural nails and gel toes held up wonderfully. No lifting or peeling after a day or two, no uneven dip. The second time I tried to visit during open Sunday hours they wouldn't even open the door. I got a smile thru the door and that was it. I thought I found my forever shop. Maybe make Sundays by appointment only?

This was my fist visit to this salon. I had a longer wait than I expected on a Monday morning. It was close to 40 minutes. I spoke with other patrons who were waiting. They both said they had been there before and were pleased.

It was worth the wait, not sure if I'll return any time soon, because of the wait time, but I was pleased.

Van has been my nail tech for years now. She is truly a very gifted nail tech. The environment is friendly and laid back. They can give you whatever you’re imagining. Top 10, would recommend ??
