I came in May 12 @5PM. For 2 years I’ve been getting my nails soaked off. My nail tech (not at this shop) does thick acrylic sets. When I come in they let me soak a minute… then drill… then pop off. The lady refused to soak them, saying it’ll take an hour and she has to pop them off. I told her it rips my nail bed, it makes my nails sore and it hurts. She was so rude and did not want to hear anything I was saying. She cut me off everytime I tried to talk saying she can’t soak my nails because they’re too thick. Ma’am the last 2 yrs I’ve got my nails soaked off. I don’t care she couldn’t soak them I’m more concerned with how rude she was. Rolling her eyes and telling me I can leave. I was being treated like a homeless person on the street… literally. Very very very very rude. I’ve been coming here 2 years for pedicures and nail soak offs. Now I have to find another place.
Great Customer Service first time here me an my had His an hers mani & pedi. The pedicures was Awesome and Relaxing. We will be back 😌😌😌😌😌💅💅💅💅
