The shop provides same-day service on select prescriptions and lens types. Their polycarbonate lenses are a great option for children, with increased shatter resistance, lightweight, and built-in scratch-resistant and UV-blocking coatings. Optical Shop The has a large selection of frames, including designer options from Kashiyama, Bellagio, Flexon, and Innovative, which feature magnetic, polarized sun clips. Customers praise the professional, caring, and helpful staff, as well as the clean, welcoming office environment.
Dr. Wolk is professional, caring, and so very helpful. I was comfortable speaking with her about my eye health. Eyes On Main is a perfect place to be for outstanding eyecare. Dr. Wolk is exceptional!
My family had an amazing experience at The Optical Shop. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The office is clean and welcoming. Everyone was so sweet to my 4-year-old and made her first trip to the eye doctor a pleasant experience!
Doctors here are great however not sure on their way of operation. My glasses were traced incorrectly and their way of fixing them was to hot glue them. Then when it came to actually fixing them they "lost my file/script." However I was told I was due for an eye exam, how would you know without looking in my file??? Just a lot of run around and unanswered questions. Luckily I have a relative in the industry and was mysteriously about to have my "lost script" faxed to her office. I do not recommend this place.
