Jim was very knowledgeable about the issues with my computer. I first called him to see if he could help me with the issue I was having with my 10 year old computer. He advised me on what I needed in a new computer and recommended refurbished which I would never have done without his input. When my computer arrived, Jim came to my house and helped me setup my “new” to me desktop, made sure it was working correctly (I was leery about obtaining a used computer) had the data transferredand my grandson’s game up and running in no time! Jim was very helpful and explained everything very professionally that he had to do to fix my computer. He also got it done in the time crunch that I had before I left for school.
