“Jim was very knowledgeable about the issues with my computer. I first called him to see if he could help me with the issue I was having with my 10 year old computer. He advised me on what I needed in a new computer and recommended refurbished which I would never have done without his input. When my computer arrived, Jim came to my house and helped me setup my “new” to me desktop, made sure it was working correctly (I was leery about obtaining a used computer) had the data transferredand my grandson’s game up and running in no time! His fee was quite reasonable and he let me know from the start the difference in repairing my old computer and obtaining a new one and having him making sure it was ready for me!!
