Dale was prompt and very professional .
He listened to the problems I was having with my watersoftener and gave me good feed back on what could possibly be the issue with the unit.
He ran a complete systems check and diagnosed
The problem I had in the unit.
As he replaced the needed parts he explained the parts issue to me and explained in detail how the components worked.
Once the parts were replaced he explained to me how to check and verify any potential issues in the future with the unit.
I was very satisfied with Dale and the companies prompt response in getting my system back up and running.

Dale did great. He could not complete the carbon tank installation through no fault of his own. He didn't have the required parts, because they were taken back to the office by the previous guy. Dale is coming back next Tuesday. That's fine.
Spencer did a great job in diagnosing our water softener issue and we will be moving forward with his recommendation. He was prompt and polite throughout the process. Would recommend and use again if needed
