While my experience in general with Tri-State got off to a very rough start, Chris has restored my confidence in the organization somewhat. My yard is still torn up and the company still has not delivered on what was promised to us by the slick salesman without our holding them to the fire, Chris was pleasant, prompt, thorough, helpful, and genuinely seems to love what he does. He was also respectful of my home, treated me with respect, and took the time to explain my machine to me in a way that makes me more confident in our purchase.
