Nikki is an exceptional artist with the clippers. She takes a lot of time and shows a lot of care in her work, and it extends to every client. Some could trim and send someone on their way, but she makes one’s day better with her work.

Came in, showed them 2 pictures of what I wanted and they did it perfectly the person who cut my hair was named Callie. Amazing job

Took my son here and also tried to get a haircut myself but the lady states they don’t know how to cut women’s hair. It would have been fine if she simply said they don’t cut women’s hair but they don’t know how, that’s scary. At that point we should have ran out of there, but we stayed. He needed a haircut for his upcoming birthday. When I saw my son’s hair I feel like my jaw dropped to the floor. We told the lady upfront he wanted his hair to stay long on top. She took way too much off the top and it was very choppy. No longer the length we had originally talked about. She took way too much from behind the ears that he literally had half circles behind his ears. As if that’s not enough she could not cut a straight line. She made it look like stairs in front of his ears instead of straight across. Not to mention the front of his hair was also uneven. My son was extremely upset knowing his birthday is in a week. We went immediately to Great Clips and they fixed it as best as they could and it looks a lot better. Save your time and money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Very disappointing.

I appreciate the consistent quality of services provided at this establishment. The stylists are always friendly and attentive to the specific needs of each client. Furthermore, I'm always pleased with the final results, as the haircuts consistently meet expectations. I'm thankful for a reliable place for haircuts that cater to both adults and children.

Was going to try and give this place a shot since I just recently started working in Fenton. I walked in and the lady seemed annoyed by me showing up. She greeted me in a low tone and told me it was a 45min to hour. I wouldn't have mind waiting but the atmosphere was completely off and unwelcoming. Neither of the two employees looked as if they wanted to be there. For as much as this place cost I would assume the customer service would be better but I guess I was wrong.

Got a cut and Tasha was locked in the whole time. Focused on the cut made meaningful recommendations to improve my cut. Very delightful I'll be back.
