They are very thorough. They walk you through everything. They send a text when the tech is on the way with a photo so you know who to look for. Sean C. was so nice and very professional. I will definitely use Potts again.

I can’t say enough great things about Russell. He braved the extreme heat and even climbed up in the attic to ensure the efficiency of his work. He explained things professionally and made sure i understood why we had an electrical problem and what he was going to do to fix it. My Uncle who was an electrician and who took care of everything for us, recently passed and there was no doubt he sent Russell our way. Had we not had issues with our outlets, we never would have realized the fire hazard our outlets posed. I am so thankful that this was caught before it could’ve been detrimental and we are so thankful Russell was the guy to do it!
