For 2 weeks, I called around to other electricians, but they didn’t answer or return my calls. Someone I work with had worked with Matt before & gave me his number. I was immediately pleased because when I called, he actually answered. Apparently, I had been taking it for granted when companies answer their phone. I feel it’s very important that he doesn’t wait to listen to his voicemails and cherry pick who he calls back. Because of my schedule, we had to figure out when we could meet up, but he was patient and worked with me. He & Justin were relaxed and down to earth. The job was quick and they cleaned up after everything was done. Overall, the team at APEX Electrical Contractors are great and I would definitely hire them again.
