I just spoke with Charlie and she is absolutely amazing. I’ve had a gift card since Mother’s Day. I’ve called several times and never been accommodated.Multiple locations! If I’m being honest NOT one person cared. Charlie however, came THROUGH! Y’all, I called this girl at 9:40pm and they close at 10:00pm. She didn’t mind at all. She gave the upmost amazing Customer service. Let her know she’s valuable! Because I sure did??

Nick gave an absolutely fantastic 90 minute deep tissue massage. He totally wrecked my problem areas, spending plenty of time on each area I needed extra attention to. What you need to know about Nick, however, is that he will talk non-stop about topics he is interested in. All you have to do is tell him to stop talking. Nick responds very well to whatever your needs are, whether that be more pressure, less pressure, or silence. Nick will not pick up on subtle cues. You have to communicate your needs to him. AMAZING staff, wonderful, relaxing music and decor. The waiting room is cozy and comfortable and they offer water or tea while you wait for your massage therapist. I am a member and go on a regular basis for a deep tissue massage. If you want the best deep tissue massage, I recommend Antuan if you prefer a male, and Jenny if you prefer a female. If you get massages on a regular basis they have membership packages you can buy. MassageLuxe also has a number of spa and beauty services including facials and microdermabrasion (highly recommend). I love the staff, service, and overall vibe of the Fenton location!!
