J. W. Bommarito Construction provides excellent, 5-star service. Employees are a great group, described as very helpful, pleasant, informational, and nice. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, going above and beyond. Technicians arrive exactly when scheduled, listen carefully, and explain everything. They work carefully to isolate and fix problems quickly, using parts on hand. The company maintains outstanding communication, always providing updates. They do not leave until the customer is satisfied, ensuring a successful resolution. Customers report being very satisfied and highly recommend the company, noting you couldn't ask for a better experience.
We were very fortunate to work with Bommarito through Missouri American Water as we had a main break in our front yard. I can't express enough the kindness and genuine care that was shown during the process from start to finish from the entire Bommarito team. The foreman, Jim, was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and confident in resolving the issue with the least damage to our home and yard. Had a great plumbing service call at our home with Anthony (Tony) and Lance.They listened carefully to my explanation of the issue. They carefully worked through possible causes and isolated the problem. They then fixed the problem quickly. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and did not leave until I was satisfied that the problem had been resolved.
Bommarito replaced the water main in my neighborhood. When they got to my house, something happened and my lines got clogged to the upstairs. I called my water company and they came to take a look. They eventually told me the issue is inside my house and I would need to contact bommarito.
I called bommarito and spoke with the project manager. Within 30 minutes of foreman was at my house to address the issue. He needed to have a plumber look at it. Plumber showed up the next day, his name was Rob. Rob is absolutely amazing. He fixed everything and left us in better shape than we started in. Rob was very professional and also a really nice guy. 5/5 Bommarito!
