Was advised by my IT partner to call Aschinger electric for some low voltage needs. Called twice, first time the system hung up on me when prompted to press "0". Called back, selected the prompt to reach the low voltage service department and was on hold for 6 minutes then abruptly hung up on. Apparently Guarantee bought Aschinger....I will not be calling them for any of my needs again.
Great service. We had a rough occupancy inspection. Called needing help with a tight timeline. The guys were great. They were booked solid, but they even went over after hours to help get this done. Nice, professional , and super helpful.
Aschinger Electric installed our keyless entry system and everything was great through installation. The system stopped working recently so I contacted Aschinger for repairs. It's been three weeks and I haven't been able to get any assistance. I should mention the women that answer the phones when you call into the main line are amazing, and go above and beyond. They deserve 5 stars it's unfortunate the techs don't share the same professionalism.
