This place is the real deal, as soon as I walked in I felt a very authentic cool vibe. As soon as my massage started I could tell the owner Sarah really knew what she was doing. I lived in LA for three years and I've been dying to find a good masseuse in STL. Finally!!! A good massage!
I'm also extremely impressed by the variety of services and add ons they provide. I want to try it all!
Stop looking because above & beyond has it all and they live up to their name! I'm already telling everyone I know about how amazing it is and have multiple more visits booked already. I'm so happy I found them.

Highly recommend for all of your wellness needs! Sarah greeted me for my appointment and was so sweet + knowledgeable. She is eager to educate and provide different methods to treat pain or issues— always a green flag in my opinion. I had a therapeutic facial with Abigail who was also phenomenal. She took her time to ensure correct products were used for my skin and avoid allergies. She was wonderful at her skill and put me right to sleep with relaxation. I will absolutely be back!

Visiting this spa has been the best experience. The owner is so kind and extremely knowledgeable. Her heart for wanting to help others is evident in speaking with her immediately. All of the employees I’ve met seem so happy to be there! Happy to walk you through anything you are unsure about. The services offered are some of the most unique I found in the St. Louis area. And the therapeutic massage was the absolute best experience.
