Salon de Charles offers a fantastic atmosphere where everyone is warm, welcoming, and friendly. The stylists, including Tara and Niccy, do an amazing job. Clients always receive many compliments on their hair, and it stays healthy while colored. Communication is excellent; clients feel heard and understood. The stylists are detail oriented and meticulous, flexible, and willing to work with the picture in a client’s head to achieve hair goals. The color is wicked cool, and Niccy is a miracle worker for making dark hair really blonde. The other stylists are respectful and sensitive to other clients. The salon is knowledgeable about how to interact with a service dog. Clients leave feeling happier, confident, and beautiful. Highly recommended.
