Randi came in clutch after I had my hair cut at another salon at the recommendation of a friend, who has always done wonderful work with her. I had it cut on a Thursday and wasn’t thrilled with the end results so I messaged Hairapeutic on a Friday night asking for a little help getting it straightened out, literally.
