The gentleman that sold me my Lopi wood burner was very patient and very knowledgeable- it took me over a year to to decide. Then they held it for 9 months with a down payment before I was home to have it installed - let me say, the installers VERY PROFESSIONAL- skillful and knowledgeable- I highly recommend
