I brought in off centered tuning heads for a centered guitar. I also told them I don’t know if they’re the right fit and they said they would check and instead of looking before they took off my heads, they took them off and charged me for the reinstall. Should not have been charged for something they can catch before putting them back on.

Currently taking guitar lessons from a knowledgeable instructor at Eureka Music.I have always had a great experience while shopping Eureka Music. They always had what I needed and treated me well…Reasonable prices, lay a way programs etc.I suggest everyone to stop in and say hi and check things out..

This is the last place in the world i suggest buying any drum equipment from.I walked in ready to buy a new pair of hi-hats but their selection was very little. It was obvious that not a single employee at this music shop knew anything about drums just based off how everything was displayed. The shop doesn't seem to have any passion for music, and was just an unwelcoming awkward place.
