Groose provides an EXCELLENT value, and they're very responsive. I've had a new unit installed and maintained and have been impressed. Quality AC and heat pump unit has been flawless for 3 years and running. Customer service is quick and their people are genuine, professionally conduct themselves, and very knowledgeable. You won't get ripped off or jerked around, or sold on something you don't need. Groose is honest and beyond fair.
Woke up with no heat. Called him and we were on his way to his first appointment so he stopped by to see what was going on. Took him maybe 15 minutes to get here and about that amount of time to fix the problem. And the cost was very reasonable. Hope we don’t have anymore problems, but if we do, we will call him again. Thank you!
Excellent. Did an amazing job. Very professional. Explained in detail what needed to be done. The only heating and cooling business we will be using. Efficient and extremely competent.
