Shout out to Jonathan DeClue for his responsiveness and support. We had a leak in our new roof and within a few days, it was repaired. He facilitated communication with the service department so I didn’t need to - this was very helpful in ensuring the work was done in a timely way.
Definitely request to work with Mel for a clean and easy insurance process. He told me what he would submit to insurance, met my adjuster for me, guided me through the entire claim, and made sure they paid for ALL of my storm damage. Highly recommend if you're dealing with State Farm! Insurance did not even want me to file, and they ended up paying for more items than they originally put on their damage sheet. I only paid my deductible. Awesome ?
Wildwood was called in on an insurance claim as a secondary evaluator. Thomas did a thorough and professional inspection of the damage, submitted a timely report, and did so in a very kind and courteous manner. Very refreshing and much appreciated!
