I really enjoy the app that allows you to get in the cue and manage your wait time. I always get a great haircut. Stacy did an outstanding job during my last visit and we had great conversation during the visit.

Very bad experience. I have been to this location before and I was always satisfied and kept returning back but this time I got this stylist, if she can call herself that, JOLEEN was the worst . The moment I walked in she started talking about how tired she is and os dragging through the day . Should have walked out then itself. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix my uneven hair. What a waste ! Never coming back again!

Worst cut ever! Went 3 weeks ago for a simple fohawk and got Josh as a stylist. He doesn't know how to fade or cut. Terrible. Went in today and got him AGAIN! Thought you know what I'll give him another chance. No towel around the neck. Takes 15mins to fade a number 1 into a 2 on the sides then tells me he doesn't know what a fohawk is?! Like sir, this is sports clips how do you not know this! I dont believe he even has a license to cut. It would be like if a bartender didn't know what a rum and coke was! You didn't just miss the mark. You missed the WHOLE TARGET! Never going back. Save your time and money.

Usually good here but not this time. asked for a size one fade on side and 6 on top with extra length in the front and got a wavy mushroom cut on side and 5 on top with nothingin front. Kept asking to blend better on the side but he didnt seem to understand so just gotta get the clippers and fix it at home myself. the stylist i got just wasnt it. these pictures are this time and last time both i asked for the same style

My stylist did not follow protocol! Did not use the towel around the neck until I asked him to get one and he didn’t know where they were. Also didn’t go over the cuts, MVP or senior cuts offered! Thought I was getting the Triple Play but only got the Basic cut. He never asked me or said anything about their Haircut services.
