We have a puppy who chewed 4 holes in our carpet and Jesse made the holes disappear. The carpet repair looks perfect. You can't see at all where the 4 holes were. In addition to doing a great job cleaning carpets, Jesse also cleaned the tile and grout of our floor and wow, what a difference that made. The room looks cleaner and brighter overall with the cleaned grout. We are very grateful!

Professional, polite, and hard working. However, there was not a estimate that was given to me before and when the service personnel arrived there was an outrageous cost that was not discussed ahead of time. Please get a quote before they arrive.
