“I visited Kristie Kump today at the Ofallon/Shiloh location. I had never met Kristie before, and lemme tell you. The shampoo alone was amazing. She puts in a lot of scalp massage and it feels soooo good. I work a million hours a week and it was luxurious to feel unexpectedly pampered. She gave me a fantastic brow wax—managed to make my sloppy, shapeless brows have definition and arch. And the haircut!! I went in with heavy, dull, moveless hair with such split ends, it looked like I was growing crystals. She razor cut my hair into a light, dynamic, sassy style. It looks so good! Definitely one of the best cuts I’ve had. And to boot, she’s kind, she listened to what I wanted, and gave me a wonderful overall experience. Super super happy.“
