“Chrissy is an absolute gem - I can’t say enough good things about her. Incredibly knowledgeable about hair loss, how to treat it, and how to style it. Hair loss is also a very vulnerable topic and she approaches it with such compassion and care. I came to her when I was experiencing stress-induced telogen effluvium about 6 months ago. We switched out some of my products and I see her monthly for scalp treatments where she examines my scalp and takes photographs to track my progress. There are two entrances, one off the street and a second at the back of the building. The washing and stylist stations are comfortable. The business has a relaxing vibe.“
