I took my first class at the F45 Ellisville location and had such a great experience. Brody, the trainer, was incredibly friendly, motivating, and so helpful throughout the entire workout. He made sure everyone understood the movements and felt supported, which really made a difference. The owner, Emily, was also there and was so welcoming and kind. It’s clear she’s created a positive and encouraging environment. The space felt energetic and well run, and I’ll definitely be back!

This location is the best! The owner, Emily, was so nice and got to know us before and after the workout. Brody, the instructor, made the work out super enjoyable. You could really tell that he cared about everyone improving in the room. Highly recommend this location.

We have been coming to F45 Ellisville for a couple of years now and I truly feel the benefit when I spend time with my new granddaughter picking her up and standing up with her off the floor and even more. We absolutely love Emily and all of her coaches! I would highly recommend this gym for anyone at any stage!
