Great service, great customer service, friendly disposition, easy to get ahold of, great follow up, answered all my questions, handled my claims with my previous insurance, and punctual. Great experience all around with Hunter Burks. Highly recommend for anyone with roof/siding damage.
Kelly came out to check my roof, and I was happy that he found nothing wrong with my roof at this time. I really appreciated this company's honesty and not trying to charge me for something that wasn't there
Mr. Kelly was very professional and accomdating during the inspection appointment. He was direct and honest with the presentation of damages found. I reviewed the business's history while be was performing his inspection, and he seems to be a fitting representative for a company with an upstanding history.
