Avoid this place at all cost!!! They are incompetent and thieves. I gave them my card info the day I seen them. They wouldnt ever charge it I called several times about it and then bam at 90 days they charged my card and hit me with a a 90 day late fee... hmmm convenient. This review is no reflect on the actual counseling or counselors.
The staff and counselors at Clarkson Counseling are outstanding. They are compassionate, professional and attentive. I have had no issues with scheduling, reaching doctors, or hearing back from anyone when I leave messages. I could not be happier with the services.
just got off the phone and was told since you dont take my insurance to seek help elsewhere. I asked how much the services were and was told the cheapest was $125 and I was better to seek someone in my network. Who said I cannot afford your prices? You decided. Trust me, people don't come to these facilities for a dental cleaning, some of us need help. badly. For you to just turn a blind eye, shame on you.
