Rise is an amazing school and great people! I came in after seeing my cousin earn his black belt, later learned it was black belt recommended, learned so much in the short few months I’ve been here! Everyone has been super nice, helpful and I’ve had a lot of fun. Being 35 when I started and I feel a little more healthier with the physical activities and everyday I’m slowly getting more confident.
