This studio & format is awesome. Every workout is different & efficient, so there’s no getting bored with the same old routine. The trainers are fit, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They watch your form & encourage you to lift more when they know you can.??It’s a great mix of cardio & strength. I’ve definitely seen changes in my body composition since starting here in November 2023. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Highly recommend!

I only leave reviews if the business is very bad, or makes me genuinely feel good to do business with them. The owners of this F45 are amazing. I'm a newbie and they made me feel comfortable from day one. I tried other studios (Orangetheory, etc) and F45 Des Perez blew them out of the water. The instructors are great, the classes are challenging but can be started at your level. The entire atmosphere was fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough!
