I called this place to make an appointment and received an appointment for 2:30 PM when I got to the location I was told that everyone’s busy and that I would have to come back… She even charged me for the 60 minute massage that I requested and without any communication told me that I would have to come back even after I filled out all the paperwork for her… Extremely unprofessional and not nice… I am very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully in my life. Horrible customer service!!

The massage was mediocre at best. Ten minutes into my massage session the therapist left the room and another lady walked in stating the first lady had another appointment with another guest that arrived after me. I would not recommend this place. Not sure if second lady had a massage license?

After sleeping on an uncomfortable bed on vacation all week, my neck was absolutely killing me. Not many places around on a Saturday night that are open, so I popped in here at about 845. I got an hour, and it was fantastic. Thorough, deep tissue, to the extent that I had to ask her to ease up at one point. Made me feel a lot better and exceeded my expectations.

I get 90 minutes massages here. Very thorough and relaxing. Walk on back, is nice too for hard pressure. Table shower before and/or after massage is nice and refreshing. The workers are very nice and the work hard to make sure guests are satisfied. Call for appointment. They are sometimes very busy.

Terrible. I went in today for the walk on back massage. First off, I am very accepting and understanding of people who speak English as a second language. These people had perfect understanding of "pay before your massage" and "what about a tip". However, I requested a female and told her no male 3 times. They then sent in a male. Fine, I'll take the male. Then he never did the walking on my back (ashiatsu) the entire reason I went. Since I was told I had to pay first I decided I would tip in cash after the massage. Since they didn't do what I specifically asked for at least 3 times I didn't tip. They sure understood that and gave me a stank attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage at a great price. 60 minutes, 90 minutes, four hands, and combo body and foot massages are so good. I noticed one sweating the the other day and I realize that massage is hard work. I always make sure I tip the worker for making me feel good. Also I good idea to tip the lucky cat in front of the store. Asian stores appreciate that and remember you next time you visit. If you have not been, go soon. It is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day.

I get lots of massages. This business is perfect for me. The location, the prices, and the services. Sometimes I need a 30 minute foot massage, or a 90 minute to 120 minute full body massage. Sometimes I need medium pressure and other times I need hard pressure. The owners and staff of BF massage are always welcoming, professional and help me relax and enjoy my sessions no matter what time of day or how long I am able to spend. They really make their guests feel welcome. I recommend this business to anyone that enjoys massage.
