Seriously, hands down, the BEST experience I've ever had at any of the many nail salons I have been to throughout the years. This was my first time going to Nails Pro, and I would never go anywhere but there. The name "Nail Pro" says it all. The nail tech, Hannah or Anna, I believe, was so kind, beyond friendly, and very genuine! She was lightning fast with my fill. It only took about 15 minutes, as I got no color this time. I have never been met with such quality and kindness from any other nail technician in the industry! Fast, friendly, and did everything she could to get me in and out. Some places say they take walk-ins but they really don't and actually turn you away!!! I've been getting my nails done for 20+ years now and the places I come back to are places like this! Accommodating to my needs. That's what's up!! And she did a fantastic job with my gel manicure ? I'll be back for sure ?

The person who had done my nails was Hannah, and might I just say, she was very patient while I was trying to figure out what I wanted my nails to look like. When they didn’t have a color similar enough to what I had been looking for, she improvised, and it ended up looking really good, even better than the reference picture I had had. Point is, for all the times I’ve been there, she’s done an outstanding job each time. She’s not perfect of course, nobody is, but she’s great at her job.
