I have been going to handcock accounting for 8 years and I won’t go to anyone else a couple years ago there was a blimp in the system and the following year they gave me the amount owed! I had lived out of state for a couple months and Terri was still willing to do my out of state taxes! I absolutely love the customer service very responsive no issues in almost a decade

Terrible, illegal, fraudulent accountant. Works for the cheeseshack & Dan McKean who steals wages & tips & hancock has filed fraudulent tax forms for the cheeseshack/ Dan McKean. There is already complaints filed with irs & state be careful with anything you take to them & be weary of any company using their serves

I run a smaller company called That Pest Guy LLC and Terri is one of our favorite people here. We highly recommend them. Local and rates are much better than some places who charge an arm and a leg to take care of clients like us. We recommend them to everyone who wants a local business taking care of them. Great company. Will be using their services for a very long time.

They had handled our families tax needs for years. In the last few years they have become non responsive. There was an error on my return in the amount of $2000. The last follow up from the firm was August of 2021. They do not follow up and have showed a complete lack of professionalism. I will be filing formal complaints with the State of Missouri. I highly recommend you avoid this business.
