Horribly disrespectful funeral services. An older Australian individual misread numerous words off the obituary, something he clearly was reading for the first time in front of 75+ people, and then diverted in a bizarre standup comedy routine.

Mike and team are extraordinary. We had actually met with them a few years back to pre-arrange, which I highly recommend. At that time Mike, walked us through all the options and prices and helped us put together a plan.
Then during one of the toughest moments in one's life, their professionalism, empathy and expertise were invaluable. They handled everything from contacting the hospital to tipping the vocalist. Nothing was dropped and things I would never have thought of was taking care of. Their communication was incredible. I was never wondering next steps. Plus their central location made it very convenient for guest to visit from all over the St. Louis region.

We were impressed with the level of service provided by Mike Stipanovich and the whole team at Ortman-Stipanovich. Our mother passed away and Mike was a consummate professional from our first meeting with him. We never felt pressured by any up-sell and they did an incredible job turning around our request in a little over 24 hours. Additionally, they let use the Lounge for a light lunch before heading to the cemetery. As a service organization, they are a model for many other businesses.

Mike S. and his staff gave us an attentive and respectful memorial, mass and funeral procession throughout the planning and the day. Mike and an associate came to the house in a timely manner for a respectful removal of my father to their facility. We could not have asked for more.
