“David went ABOVE & BEYOND the scope of his job when he helped us with financing for our new home. We were moving to another state & had a very complicated real estate situation, but David made things so very much smoother than they could have been! He is polite, knowledgable, great at his job, and always prompt at responding or providing information. I would very confidently recommend David to anyone with mortgage consulting needs!!”
“I worked with Tom and he patiently helped me navigate the mortgage rate market. Their lock and float down approach is a huge advantage vs a bank. Tom enable me to float down my rate and save almost a full 100 basis points by taking advantage of a momentary change in the market. He was very supportive and always responded to Text. He did a great job helping me get the best possible rate in a time of high volatility. His pre approval process helped simplify the complex underwriting due diligence. It was on of the better home mortgage buying experiences. I highly recommend Tom and the Mortgage solutions company.”
“Very clear communication, quick and easy process, the best rates and fees out of 5 lenders I talked to.”
