I bought my first home and closed in October 2023. I was initially introduced to Peter on a Saturday when I needed a quick turnaround on a prequalification letter in order to make an offer on a house I was looking at. Despite it being a weekend, he turned that letter around in less than a day and we subsequently began working on a conventional mortgage for my first time home purchase.
