I got there a little early I was confused about where to park and figure out which door to enter when I saw Facial Luxe! I was a little thrown off when talking to the young lady in front bc both of them started talking to me but it later warmed up. You can Never judge a Book by the Cover you should always give people a chance. She redeemed herself but the customer service was bland at first but the Ambience was Amazing. They need to work on that a bit no matter who steps in be ready to give an amazing VIBE And let that be at a 10+! I trusted the process since I was Gifted the Opportunity. My Massage Therapist was AHhhMAZiNG and She was the One that made the Sale for me.... read full review

Service provider was late by 20 minutes, and instead of accommodating my hour scheduled appointment they changed it to a 45 minute facial and still charged me for my add on. I understand things happen but be transparent and honest with your customers.

I called and scheduled an appointment for their $59. special. I arrived, and my facial. Went to check out and I asked how much she was putting on my card. She said $89! I told her I was supposed to get the $59 special. She tried to call the Manager and couldn't. Ten minutes later she actually found the notes on the computer about my special. And charged me the right price. Always confirm before charging on your card.
