She was knowledgeable about the frame brand (they had many options available in store to try), and she was very patient and informative discussing transitions technology with me. She didn't shy away from discussing technical jargon for probably over an hour, was transparent about technology differences between their lenses and Rudy Project's lab's lenses, and put my mind at ease regarding tinting, xtractive, polarization, and glare. I’ve been a customer since 2010. I love the eccentric frames & customer service is top notch. A bit pricey but well worth it. Especially when the frames scream Classy Elegance.

Wonderful, friendly people! I got my glasses here 1.5 years ago, and returned this year for my exam and new glasses. Everyone was kind, and very helpful. Went above and beyond to help me find the right style. Will be returning from now on!
