I cannot let today go by without giving a shoutout to the ENTIRE Tross staff. I have hurt my back yesterday and Dr Ben squeezed me in at the end of the day. He scheduled me for laser treatment with Kayla this morning. While I was there my back started spasming. Dr Ben was booked but Dr Austin had an opening and took me right away. Kayla could tell I was in a lot of pain and was so kind. The kindness and compassion of the entire staff was amazing. From tears to a smile when I left. I’m not 100% but I know I will be soon with this dedicated, kind, caring staff. Thank you Tross!!!

I injured my lower back while in the gym. After receiving a $4700 treatment plan that would have taken 6-8 weeks, going in 4 days a week for 1-2 hrs a day, I decided to get a second opinion from Dr Hendrix... I am so glad that I did! At Tross, they genuinely want to get you healed and back on your feet as quickly as possible with a realistic expectation of treatment and time. After only 3 visits and executing an at home/office plan provided by Tross, I am 80% back to normal after only 5 weeks (must note, would be back to 100% if not for self induced set backs that were completely my fault). Doctors are amazing! Dr. Conrod listened to my concerns and make me feel cared for. He also helps me with what I can also do outside of the visits to excel my healing and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Office staff are welcoming and personable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a Chiropractor!
