“I cannot let today go by without giving a shoutout to the ENTIRE Tross staff. I have hurt my back yesterday and Dr Ben squeezed me in at the end of the day. He scheduled me for laser treatment with Kayla this morning. While I was there my back started spasming. Dr Ben was booked but Dr Austin had an opening and took me right away. Kayla could tell I was in a lot of pain and was so kind. The kindness and compassion of the entire staff was amazing. From tears to a smile when I left. I’m not 100% but I know I will be soon with this dedicated, kind, caring staff. Thank you Tross!!!“
