He could have easily been untruthful and convinced me to go forward with a job that was not totally necessary. However, he was upfront and gave a helpful explanation about why it may not be the best route to go. It’s not always easy to find a trustworthy business that is looking out for you and what is truly best for the customer (even if that means it doesn’t turn into a job). The material was so compacted and hard their drill could barely go thru it.Underground obstacles such as broken concrete,asphalt and an abandoned underground structure made a 2 day project into 10 days.I can not explain what a dedicated and professional crew Terry supervised during this difficult project.Working late,cold,wet weather, multiple delays and the crew maintained their professionalism and humor well.
