everyone was pleasant to work & communicate with. there was even a little issue with the coil on the new AC unit. it was handled professionally and quickly. definitely recommend.
We had an appointment scheduled to have Air Alliance Team come out for routine maintenance. 5-6 days before the appointment our furnace went out. They came out that same weekend to figure out what we needed and had our new furnace/ac going by Tuesday morning. The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly too. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family members.
Air Alliance did a fantastic job taking care of our AC when it shut down during a 95+ degree heat wave. I can’t say enough about their honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend to anyone with HVAC needs.
