“I’m a new member and I’ve been there couple of times now with my teenager. Teens get a free basic membership this summer and my daughter is really enjoying the free basic gym package! So because she’s there I joined as well and got the upgraded package. The membership I got includes the black spa and I’ve really enjoyed the water massage tables and the total body enhancement. Everything is always sparkling clean in the gym, spa, and locker rooms. My only disappointment was when I tried to take a shower. They apparently use tankless water heaters so when I took a shower I only got about 3 minutes of hot water. It was just enough to lure me into a false sense of security and get soapy and then “whoosh” someone flushed a toilet and the water suddenly went completely cold! I was looking forward to a nice hot relaxing shower in that large clean beautiful shower stall. I even brought along my own shower gel and body scrub (although they do provide a gel soap in a dispenser in each shower). But instead of the roomy hot shower experience I was hoping for the final minutes of my very short shower were spent trying to get the soap rinsed off quickly in completely cold water. If using their showers is important to you, don’t sign up.“
