The worst experience I have ever had in the medical field. The front desk tried their best to make up for the mistakes, however Dr. Chang did not get proper approval for my surgery due to an error on his and his staff’s part. I prepared all week for surgery, sat in the lobby all morning waiting, and then when it was time to come back for my procedure they finally told me. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I have had this surgery scheduled for months, and I can’t believe they would let something like this happen.

Had surgery here a couple months ago, and had a terrible experience. Nurse (Mike) missed my IV a few times. A CRNA had to place my IV, and Mike had the audacity to make a snarky comment that there was some blood on the bed. He couldn’t even get it himself. I overheard a lot of inappropriate banter between him and another nurse, things like “That’s what she said” kind of banter, which was completely unprofessional. Nerve block didn’t work, and they seemed to have struggled with it. I could also hear him complaining behind the curtains about how I was taking so long to wake up. Very unprofessional.

I was extremely nervous going into this place. Not because of the place but more of the experience I had with a previous surgery. This was a quick decision, had I waited, my outcome could have been much worse. Everyone there were very friendly, caring, and I don't think I could have asked for a better team of professionals. A big thank you to everyone. I would highly recommend the surgery center to anyone.
